Free Kundalini yoga Class

This Kriya + Meditation set has been my daily anchor — an opportunity for deeper grounding, embodiment, and clarity. It has been a way to get out of my head, to quiet the noise, the anxiety, and really support my nervous system. This practice has felt like a deep exhale, a moment of presence, and has completely shifted my inner state.

I’ve been completely obsessed with this set, and see it as 30 minutes of pure alchemy and power. I practiced it for 40 days straight (the length of time it takes to break a habit) and the shift I experienced was so profound that I wanted to share it with you!

Try this practice for even 3 days in a row, and notice the not-so-subtle shifts that begin to ripple through your being.

If you are pregnant, please skip the kriya and go straight to the meditation (15:20 mins in). You can also substitute the segmented breath for long, slow breathing. Always consult a health care practitioner before practicing.
